Newborn baby sleeping peacefully, wrapped in a soft white blanket

enLifeSys Pvt Ltd — medical devices, AI-integrated

Keep your newborn baby beside you.

enLifeSys builds medical devices around real moments in a patient's care — starting with the first days after birth. Scroll down to see how each device solves one specific situation.

Story one — the days right after birth

A mother counts hours in a bassinet she isn't allowed to hold.

Most newborn jaundice is not an emergency. It is biology — a liver still learning to clear bilirubin from a baby's blood, showing up as a yellowing of the skin and eyes within the first week of life.

But the standard treatment has long asked for a trade no parent wants to make: lie the baby under an overhead phototherapy lamp, away from the mother's bed, for as many hours a day as the bilirubin count demands. Feeding is interrupted. Skin-to-skin contact stops. The first days of a life become the first days of a separation.

~60%of full-term newborns show some jaundice in week one
~80%of preterm babies do, and often need longer treatment
Blue lightconverts bilirubin into a form the body can safely excrete

BiliBlanket asks why treatment has to mean distance.

BiliBlanket · fibre-optic phototherapy

Bluesoft™ Soft Care Phototherapy System

The light comes to the baby — not the baby to the light.

A flexible fibre-optic blanket carries controlled, uniform blue light directly against the baby's skin. Because the light source sits in the pad rather than overhead, the baby can be wrapped, held, fed, and kept against the mother's chest while treatment continues, uninterrupted.

  • 450–470 nm blue light, adjustable up to 60 µW/cm²/nm
  • 25 × 40 cm illumination area, uniform optical design
  • Skin-only light — no UV/IR emission, no eye exposure
  • Under 3 kg total, wraps and travels with the baby
  • Compatible with breastfeeding, kangaroo care and routine handling

Story two — the promise a nurse has to keep

A phototherapy dose is only a promise until someone measures it.

Fibre-optic pads age, LEDs drift, bulbs weaken with use — and none of that is visible to the eye. A unit that looks like it's working can quietly be delivering less irradiance than the baby's bilirubin count requires, stretching a two-day treatment into four.

Nursing staff shouldn't have to take a phototherapy device's word for it. They should be able to check it, in seconds, at the bedside.

The Spectral Irradiance Meter turns "should be working" into a number on a screen.

Handheld Spectral Irradiance Meter

A ten-second check, in µW/cm²/nm, before every shift.

Place the radiant sensor against any phototherapy source — BiliBlanket or otherwise — and read the exact irradiance it's delivering. It's the instrument that lets a unit prove its phototherapy is dosed correctly, rather than simply trust that it is.

  • 450–470 nm blue band, direct digital irradiance reading
  • Sensor head reads at the level of the baby's skin
  • Issued with a traceable calibration certificate
  • Carry case included for ward-to-ward use

Story three — the heart in a patient's calves

The body has a second heart. It stops when the patient does.

The calf muscles work as a pump — every step squeezes deep veins and sends blood back up toward the heart. Clinicians call it the body's second heart. After surgery, a serious injury, or days of bed rest, that second heart goes quiet, and the blood it should be moving can pool and clot instead.

Deep vein thrombosis rarely announces itself. It's found in a swollen calf, or worse, when a clot reaches the lungs. For immobile, high-risk patients, prevention can't depend on the patient moving. It has to happen without them.

AirCURE+1 keeps the second heart beating when the patient can't.

AirCURE+1 External Pneumatic Compression System

Mechanical circulation, for legs that can't move on their own.

Multi-chamber garments wrap the calves and inflate in sequence, bottom to top — reproducing the same milking action a walking calf muscle would provide. Programmable cycles and continuous safety monitoring let it run unattended, at the bedside, for as long as the risk period lasts.

  • Sequential inflation, ankle upward — not a single uniform squeeze
  • Foot, calf and thigh sleeve sizes for different patients
  • 220 V AC, 50 Hz · built for continuous operation
  • Compact pump unit suited to bedside or ambulatory care

What's next

Something bigger is coming — built the same way as everything before it.

enLifeSys is not a three-product company. It's a design principle applied one clinical moment at a time: find the situation a patient or family is quietly living through, then engineer the simplest way through it.

EYVA robotic nursing assistant — an AI-guided robotic arm beside a hospital bed, handing medication to a patient
EYVA · robotic nursing assistant

A hospital bed is quiet for most of the night. EYVA is what's watching when no one else can be.

Nursing staff can't be beside every bed, every minute — especially overnight, and especially where staffing is stretched thin. EYVA is an AI-guided robotic arm stationed at the bedside: it can reach a cup, pass medication, and help a patient who can't easily reach for themselves, while keeping a continuous, attentive presence between rounds.

Start with the moment, not the metric

Every device on this page began as a story about one patient before it became a set of numbers.

Proximity is part of the therapy

Wherever clinically possible, our devices are built to keep people close to each other, not apart.

Trust should be verifiable

We build the instruments to check our own instruments, so clinical teams never have to take performance on faith.
